Is Google Monitoring with chrome?

I’m not sure but here is a link to a great post about this topic. I have download Chrome and tested my sites and customers sites to make sure they look okay. Other then that, I will stay with IE or Firefox. Google is actually monitoring your entire surfing behavior?
